If you aren't already doing so, try logging into your Email via MyLJMU or Outlook via microsoftonline.com.

Login with username@ljmu.ac.uk and your current LJMU password.

Double-check that you're entering the correct username and password (don't forget passwords are case sensitive). If you need to reset your password, go to LJMU - My Account.
