Off campus:

Double check that you are entering the correct username and password (don't forget passwords are case sensitive). If you are sure you are typing correctly, it is possible that your password has expired. See myaccount.ljmu.ac.uk for help changing your password.

LJMU Webmail is accessed with just your username and current password.
