Q. What do I do if I can't access my email?

If you aren't already doing so try logging into your Email via MyLJMU or Outlook via microsoftonline.com 

Login with username@ljmu.ac.uk and your current LJMU password.

If your still having difficulty double check that you are entering the correct username and password (don't forget passwords are case sensitive). If you need to reset your password go to LJMU - My Account.
