If the Teams app on your Mac asks for the password of an old account and there is no option to logout or login to a different account, then follow these instructions to clear the Teams cache:
- Quit Microsoft Teams.
- Open Finder.
- From the top menu bar, click Go and select Go to Folder.
- In the small Go to the folder window, type or paste ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft, then click Go.
- Drag the Teams folder to the Trash.
- Start Keychain Access.
- In the search field of Keychain Access, enter Microsoft Teams. The results may show Microsoft Teams Identities Cache. If they don't, skip to step 9.
- Ctrl-click Microsoft Teams Identities Cache, then select Delete "Microsoft Teams Identities Cache".
- Restart Microsoft Teams.
Hopefully when Teams starts it will have forgotten the old login and ask for the username and password of an account.
