You can request an ID card replacement from the link in My Services at my.ljmu.ac.uk , you will receive a confirmation email and/or a text that your barcode has been updated by IT Services, usually within 24 hours (If you request a new card at the weekend this may take longer). Once you receive this email/text go to either Aldham or Avril Robarts Library and a replacement card can be made between 9am - 11pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday.

If you are unable to request a replacement from the link in My Services, go the Reception/Library desk at either Aldham or Avril Robarts Libraries and the staff will carry out a quick security check and start the process of issuing a replacement card. 

Please note an old card cannot be reactivated once you have been issued with a replacement card
