If the replacement is for a card which has been lost or stolen and you have NOT requested a replacement from the link in My Services, a card can be made between 9am - 4.45pm Monday to Friday from Avril and Aldham Robarts Libraries, if you HAVE requested an ID card replacement from the link in My Services in my.ljmu.ac.uk and have received a confirmation email and/or a text that your barcode has been updated by IT Services, a replacement card can be made between 9am - 11pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday. 

If the replacement is for a faulty card, a new card can be made between 9am - 11pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday at Aldham and Avril Robarts Libraries.

Please note, an old card cannot be reactivated once you have been issued with a replacement card
