To delete one or more emails:

  • Navigate to the email folder containing the mail(s) you want to delete.
  • Select the mail(s) you want to delete
  • Right click on the selected mails
  • Select Delete from the displayed menu.

This moves the mails to the Deleted Items folder. You can move a mail from there back to the original folder if you want to undelete it. 

To complete the deletion, right click on the Deleted items folder, and select Empty Deleted Items (web mail) or Empty Folder (on an LJMU desktop PC) from the drop down list.
