If you have lost your phone or changed your phone number we will be unable to complete a Multi-factor authentication (MFA) reset on either Friday 18th April or Monday 21st April. You can complete the contact us form here to request an MFA reset on these days and we will be processes the request on either Saturday 19th , Sunday 20th April after 10am GMT or Tuesday 22nd April after 8:45 GMT.
