You will need to contact the Library:
- By phone 0151 231 3179
- Via the Library chat service (and the Ask the Library tab on every Library webpage)
- By completing the LJMU HelpMe form
You will need to provide the following information in order to reset your multi-factor authentication:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Full Home address with postcode
- Course title
Please note: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) can only be reset during the following hours 8.45am and 18.45pm (UK Time) Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 15.45pm (UK Time) on Saturday and Sunday.
