Q. I have changed my phone number and cannot access multi-factor authentication, what should I do?

You will need to contact the Library:

• By phone 0151 231 3179
• Via the Library chat service (and the Ask the Library tab on every Library webpage)
• By using LJMU HelpMe

You will need to provide the following information in order to reset your multi-factor authentication:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Full Home address with postcode
• Course title

Please note: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) can only be reset during the following hours 8.30am and 7pm (UK Time) Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm (UK Time) on Saturday and Sunday.
