Q. I have lost my phone and cannot access multi-factor authentication, what should I do?

You will need to contact library services, you can do this by phoning 0151 231 3179 or you can contact us via Live chat by clicking the Ask the Library tab on any Library webpage, or you can complete the contact us form here

You will need to provide the following information in order for us to have your multi-factor authentication reset

Full name, Date of birth, Full Home address with postcode and Course title

Please note your multi-factor authentication can only be reset during the following hours 8.45am and 18.45pm (GMT) Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 15.45pm (GMT) on Saturday and Sunday.
