Windows Ease of Access menu contains a number of tools for ease of access including screen magnifier, high contrast colour settings, read text aloud (narration), plus much more. To access this facility:

 

Opening the Ease of Access via the Settings menu

  • Via the keyboard press both the following keys together:  Windows button   I. Alternatively, you can type Settings into the search box located bottom left corner.
  • Select Ease of Access from the menu options

 

Menu options

  • In the pane on the left, you will see the Ease of Access Settings separated into 3 categories – Vision, Hearing, and Interaction
     
    • Vision
      • Display
      • Cursor & pointer
      • Magnifier
      • Color filters
      • High contrast
      • Narrator
         
    • Hearing
      • Audio
      • Closed captions
         
    • Interaction
      • Speech
      • Keyboard
      • Mouse
