Windows Ease of Access menu contains a number of tools for ease of access including screen magnifier, high contrast colour settings, read text aloud (narration), plus much more. To access this facility:
Opening the Ease of Access via Windows Settings
- Access directly using the keyboard - press the Windows key and I together to open Windows Settings, and then select Ease of Access from the menu options.
- Alternatively, type Settings into the Windows Start menu, and choose Settings. Select Ease of Access from the menu options.
Ease of Access menu options
In the pane on the left, you will see the Ease of Access settings separated into three categories:
- Vision
- Display
- Cursor & pointer
- Magnifier
- Color filters
- High contrast
- Narrator
- Hearing
- Audio
- Closed captions
- Interaction
- Speech
- Keyboard
- Mouse
