To add your LJMU email to your mobile devices please see Email and mobile devices for guidance. This will show you how to configure your account with the Microsoft Outlook app.
If you wish to access LJMU email via a browser on your mobile device you will need to install Microsoft Edge*. Edge can be downloaded for Android and iOS devices, then visit Microsoft Outlook online to log in. Sign in with your username@ljmu.ac.uk and your current LJMU password.
Please note: This only applies to mobile devices. Laptop and desktop computers can use any browser to access Microsoft Outlook online.
