Q. How do I create an online survey/questionnaire?

Please follow the instructions below to register for an account with the Jisc Online Surveys service:

1. Go to LJMU Assist - Online Survey
2. If prompted, login with username@ljmu.ac.uk and your current LJMU password
3. Complete the Request form
4. Click on Submit to process the request

Please Note:

• You will receive your Jisc Online Surveys registration details via email within 3 working days.
• This is a hosted service provided by Jisc with a subscription paid for by LJMU. Access requests are processed by Jisc.
