Q. How do I create an online survey/questionnaire?

Please follow the instructions below to register for an account with Jisc Online survey service:

1. Go to helpme.ljmu.ac.uk
2. If prompted login with username@ljmu.ac.uk and your current LJMU password.
3. Select Library Help.
4. Select Online Surveys.
5. Read the details presented in the online form, you do not need to add any additional information (Do not change the Subject field and Asset Number can be left blank).
6. Click on Submit to process the request.

Please Note: You will receive your Online Survey registration details via email within 3 working days.

Service Description

Use this form if you need access to the Online Surveys service (formerly Bristol Online Surveys). Please note that this is a "hosted service" i.e. it is run over the internet by Jisc, to which LJMU has purchased access.  ACCESS REQUESTS ARE PROCESSED BY JISC.
