Panopto is software to allow you to record and upload video content for assessment. It allows you to store it securely and manage how it is accessed. You can use it for screen capture on a device, narrate a PowerPoint or use it with a camera to record your own video content.
Panopto software is available from the LJMU AppPlayer (and Company Portal) on LJMU devices. You can also access Panopto directly or using the Panopto mobile app.
The Panopto - Student Guide from the Teaching and Learning Academy provides extensive information on their Educational Technology pages.
If you are required to submit content using Panopto your tutor will make this available via your module in Canvas.
If you have any further queries you can Contact the Library and ask for IT Support.
NOTE: Queries regarding availability of Panopto within your Canvas module, video content requirements or submitting work for assessment should be directed to your lecturers/tutors. The Library has no control of content within your Canvas modules.
