The “server is currently offline” message appears when you have entered information incorrectly during the Forgotten My Password or Activate My Account process.

We recommend retrying the process on:

  • An alternative browser
  • Another device
  • If you continue to have problems try clearing cookies and history, and wait 15 minutes before repeating the process.
  • If you are using an Apple device avoid using try Safari as a browser – if possible download Chrome.
