You can refine your search results in Library Discover to just eBooks by using the 'filter my results' option on the left-hand side of the screen. Under Filter my results select Full text online (availability) and books (material tyres). Once you have done this click Apply Filters.
From the results list, there may be a link stating Available Online which will take you direct to the eBook. Otherwise, click on the title you're interested in and you will find the link to access it in the View It part of the screen. Follow the link and you will be prompted to log in with your LJMU username (in the format 'username@ljmu.ac.uk') and password if you haven't already done so. The eBook will be a PDF or available to read online.
You may notice a green ‘e’ logo visible on some book jacket cover images, this suggests we have an electronic version of the title in stock. You’ll notice the ‘e’ logo on the book cover in the ‘Also Available As’ and ‘More by this author’ sections once you’ve clicked into a particular title from the list of search results.
Please note: Collaborative partner access to library resources varies from partner to partner and resource to resource. Collaborative Staff and Students (Collaborative Partners) may not have access to all library resources.
