Q. What do I do if my account is locked?

Accounts can become locked when users attempt to login several times incorrectly.

This also counts attempted logins from other devices such as mobile phones and tablets - make sure passwords are synchronised or devices are switched off.

Students must wait a full 30 minutes before attempting to log back into a locked account.
