Q. Why won't my poster print?

There are several possibilities:

• Do you have sufficient funds in your Virtual Purse? Check current poster printing costs.
• Some posters have embedded objects which will not print on our printers. The solution is to save the file as a PDF document and print via Adobe.
• Make sure you are connected to the poster printer - see How do I print a poster?
