There are several possibilities:
- Do you have sufficient funds in your virtual purse, check poster printing costs.
- Some posters have embedded objects which will not print on our printers. The solution is to save the file as a PDF document and print via Adobe.
- Make sure you are connected to the poster printer - see How do I print a poster?
