Users need to make sure they have sufficient funds in their Virtual Purse to cover the cost of printing.
If there is a 'paper jam' message on the printer then there is a problem. Send the print job again then release it from a different printer.
If a refund for the failed job is required then go to the Library where the incident occurred during full service hours. Library opening hours.
