Article and chapter requests supplied electronically will usually be supplied within 72 hours, physical loans will take longer due to reasons outside our control.
Please do allow sufficient time when placing either physical or electronic format requests – especially for newly published books, obscure, or older material as we cannot guarantee supply times.
