Many foreign languages are available as the input language on Windows 10 clients but with the exception of Chinese and Japanese they must be enabled before they can be used. The following example shows how to do this for the Thai language, but a similar procedure can be used for other languages. On Student Clients the language settings will not be retained between login sessions and will need to be set up each time.
- Select the Start button, then Settings or press the Windows key and the letter
- Select the Time and language icon
- Select Language on the left hand side
- Select Add a language
- Choose the language that you want to add
To switch between different input languages click the language abbreviation button on the taskbar (bottom right corner of your screen, next to the clock) and then click the input method you want to switch to.
